The theme for this year was Maths Around the World. Moving from one class to another, they had an amazing time learning about the origin of different mathematical concepts. While some learned about the history of Sudoku and Japan's role in making it a world-famous game, others explored the origin of tangrams. In another classroom, children discovered the beauty of repeating patterns inspired by ancient Greek art and architecture, learning how symmetry and design played an important role in early mathematics. The buzz in each classroom was electric, and it was incredible to see the whole school immersed in the spirit of maths.
