After school Activity Clubs at Beechfield 

Activity clubs are run by Challenge Sport.

• After school activity clubs will run from 3.10-4.10pm.
• There will be a small charge of £2.00 per session. These sessions can be booked half termly via the Arbor App or the Arbor portal.

Spring Term 1 after school activity clubs:

Monday - No club (due to matches)

Tuesday - Y3 - Y6 Girls Football Club

Wednesday - Y3 + Y4 Football Club

Thursday - Y1 + Y2 indoor multisports

Friday -  Y5 + Y6 Football Club

Breakfast and After School Wrap Around Care:

Challenge Sport provide our Wrap Around Care, for children in Reception- Year 6

Challenge have worked at Beechfield since 2022 with the superb Mr Jarvis being ever present in school every day, delivering sport clubs, PE and other physical activities. Now, he, along with other members of the Challenge team will be offering a wraparound childcare service every day the school is open.
The information below outlines what is on offer and when you can book. Once booked, you will receive full course details before the start of your course.

Prices & Location:

● Morning: £5 (7.30 am - 8.30 pm). Please drop off at the main office (New drop off point from January 2026)
● Afternoon: £13 (3.10 pm - 6 pm) or £8 (if attending after a sports club that finishes at 4.10 - 6 pm). Please collect from the gate on Gammons Lane (by the crossing).
In the morning, children will be offered a choice of cereal, toast or fruit. Children can choose between sporting activities or board games, jigsaws, Lego and colouring. In the afternoon we have use of both the bungalow and the bungalow garden. There will be a minimum of two leaders on site during each session (with more if numbers dictate). All staff are DBS checked, hold safeguarding and food handling certificates and at least one leader will have a paediatric first aid certificate. Food options of cereal, toast and fruit will be available again in the afternoon, if you wish to pack your child additional snacks please feel free, however, NO food containing nuts.
You can book individual days or weekly bookings and accept ‘on the day’ bookings. Payment can be made via card, childcare voucher or Tax Free Childcare. If you wish to cancel a pre-booked date, as long as you provide notice (even if last minute), we will offer you the following:
1. A free day swap
2. A voucher for 100% value to book another day
3. A refund back to the card used to make the booking - 100% of the value, less £3 per day.
